These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the GK Quiz Master mobile application and this website, both operated by TopNotchQuiz. By downloading, accessing or using the app or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use them.

About the Service

GK Quiz Master is an independent educational application for learning and competitive-examination preparation. It offers study material, practice quizzes, mock tests, previous papers and related features.

GK Quiz Master is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with any Government department, Government agency or official examination body.

Educational Use Only

All content is provided for educational and practice purposes only. While we work hard to keep it accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that every question, answer or piece of information is complete, correct or current.

Always verify official notifications, examination schedules, eligibility criteria, syllabus and results with the relevant Government authority. Using the app does not guarantee success in any examination.

Your Account

• You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
• Please provide accurate information when you sign in or contact us.
• You may delete your account at any time from within the app.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Acceptable Use

When using the app or website, you agree not to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute, sell or publish app content without permission
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the service
• Use bots, scripts or automated tools to access or scrape content
• Share premium content or access with people who have not purchased it

Premium Services & Payments

Some features and content may require a premium membership or a one-time purchase. All payments are processed by the respective app marketplace (such as Google Play) and are subject to that marketplace's terms, including its refund policy.

Prices, plans and the content included in premium offerings may change over time. Any change will not affect a purchase you have already completed for its paid term.

Advertisements

The free version of the app may display advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for any products or services they promote.

Intellectual Property

The GK Quiz Master and TopNotchQuiz names, logos, design, questions, explanations, study material and other content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to use the app for your own preparation.

Service Availability

We aim to keep the app and website available and working smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue any feature or content at any time.

Limitation of Liability

The app and website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GK Quiz Master and TopNotchQuiz are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service — including any decision you make based on its content.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from them will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
